Haffa House exhibition
Buying exhibition space and selling it stall by stall.
Stall purchasing, exhibitor outreach and arrangements in Salalah
What I took on
I bought blocks of exhibition stalls at a negotiated rate, paid in advance and resold individual spaces to exhibitors. I reached sellers of household goods, clothes, shoes and accessories using contacts supplied by the Haffa House manager and marketing team, alongside my own outreach.
Selling the spaces
I spoke with exhibitors, explained the available stalls and agreed on pricing and arrangements. My return depended on reselling the spaces above the bulk purchase price. I paid for the block before knowing how many individual stalls would sell.
My part in the business
I handled the exhibitor conversations, resale and arrangements. The Haffa House manager and marketing team provided contacts and support. This was practical experience in negotiation, pricing and managing money committed upfront.
Skills in practice
