Why I started Via Nova
I started Via Nova Marketing to help business owners explain what they offer and make it easier for customers to take the next step. The offer includes branding, websites, content and marketing support, with the scope agreed around the business.
The work completed so far
I have developed the agency website and enquiry process with AI-assisted design and development. A local business-owner interview helped me consider cost, personal advice and support when shaping the offer.
Developing the service
I plan to use industry research and empathy mapping to understand customer pain points before proposing branding, website, content or marketing support. That broader research and service process is still being developed.
